At Birdie & Louie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all fashion tags securely attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
